Jaipur Is considered to be the peaceful city of Rajasthan moreover the King of Rajasthan, the city has been gradually developing in such a way that every NRI investor or for say any investor wants to invest in Jaipur, also it has become a prior choice of people to live.

Jaipur : Not a running but yes a city with facilities, high pace of commercialization, Increased tourism and moreover the tradition attracts you more into it.




There are many growth drivers which can considered to be the drivers for growth of realestate in Jaipur.

BRTS: (Bus rapid transit system) has been developing seeing the traffic of the city, the routes of the city will be categorized as per the North-South, East-West corridors.

DFC Dedicated Freight Corridor running through Jaipur: A 1483 Km long rail cooridor connecting Jawaharlal Nehru Port near Mumbai to Dadri near Delhi and will allow high connectivity.
